Souss-Massa Nature Trip
Estuaries, dunes and rare birdlife — including the endangered northern bald ibis.
An unhurried ride through coastal countryside as the sun sinks toward the Atlantic.

Few things slow a holiday down like the rocking pace of a camel. Rides south of Agadir commonly follow sandy tracks through eucalyptus woods and farmland toward the mouth of the Souss river, timed so the light turns golden as you near the coast.
Before setting off, handlers help each rider to mount. A camel stands up back legs first, so lean back and hold on. The ride itself is at walking pace, with handlers leading the animals.
Sunset times shift through the year, so start times move with the seasons.
Rides are usually based on the southern edge of Agadir, around the Souss river mouth and the Ben Sergao countryside, a short drive from the hotel strip. You will also see camels with their handlers on Agadir beach itself.
Yes. It is a gentle activity at walking pace with handlers leading. Simply follow their instructions when mounting and dismounting.
Clouds just mean a softer sunset. Strong wind or rain can change plans, and that is always the stable's call.
